Berk began his career in Commercial Real Estate over 36 years ago. In April 2003 Berkshire Holdings was launched to provide services in Commercial Real Estate throughout the greater Bay Area to clients.

In Recent years to company has focused on Land Acquisition for retail & multi-family Developers. Assisting developers in their search for smaller sites for Fast Food, Carwash, type needs; In N Out Burgers site as an example. Fulfilling request to find larger parcels of land for Multifamily development, sites accommodating upwards of 250 units have been secured so far and counting.
